On average, men are more likely than women to stay healthy by being active. But most men aren’t active enough to stay healthy.
Being unfit is bad for our health. Research shows that 10 Australian men a day die as a result of being physically inactive.
A lack of exercise kills more men each year than prostate cancer or suicide or road traffic accidents.

Do you want to know how to help a mate who's doing it tough? Would you like to have a helpful conversation with a mate who's struggling, but don't know where to start?
The How to Help a Mate Doing It Tough guide has been created with support from men's health workers with extensive knowledge and experience of having conversations with men.
This webinar provides an introduction into putting this simple approach into action with a man in your life who may be doing it tough.

Why is sleep so important to our health? How can we tell if our sleep isn't healthy and what can we do if we experience sleep problems?

This talk highlights the positive benefits of health checks for men and provides information of the different checks that are available to men at different ages and stages of their life.

Jessica Taylor is a psychotherapist and Program Supervisor at FoundoBlue, a counselling and mental health program for people in the construction industry.
This webinar will explore the links between substance use and mental health issues, with a particular focus on the impact on men’s health. Substance use and mental health conditions are often closely linked.
Today’s webinar explores ways men can support themselves and each other in developing and maintaining positive mental health, higher levels of resilience and protective factors.
